Refund conditions
1/ The product delivered by the seller is not according to the order (product name, size, model, color)
2/ The product is defective or damaged in transit
3/ The product the buyer receives is markedly different from the information provided by the seller
1/ Time: Within 07 days since receiving the goods
2/ Condition of the product
- Goods in full: Products in original box, not torn, accompanied by free products (if any), not peeled off stamps, labels, invoices.
- The goods have absolutely no signs of being used.
3/ Product conversion and return costs
- In the event of an error on our part: We will bear the full return shipping costs.
- In case, due to personal needs, the customer wants to change another product: The customer bears the full cost of returning the goods and delivering the new product.
1/ Time: Within 7 days from the date the seller receives the request
2/ Cases:
- Refund when the order is successful but the product has not been received
- Refund when the customer receives the product but the product is defective from the seller.
